• Balance Payments can be made on the day of collection using a debit card or by pre arranged bank transfer. Please be aware we do not accept credit card payments for any part of the balance payment.
• All part exchange prices are subject to appraisal.
• Futhermore, deposits are non refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Number plates must be supplied by the customer
• As a credit intermediary Lady Bailey Caravans can introduce you to Black Horse to assist with the financing of your purchase and we may receive commission or other benefits for doing so. We, nor Black Horse, can provide independent financial advice.
• You consent to us sending CRiS your information (name, address & vehicle details) for the purpose of contacting you to register your vehicle.
• The payment of a deposit or verbal or written agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms. Last updated: 09/06/2021
These T&C's are valid on sale contracts created on or after 09/06/2021 and before 11/10/2023. For terms and conditions relating to your sale, please refer to your sales confirmation.
