Re-opening 1st June

Following the recent Government advice, the directors have taken the decision to re-open on the business fully on the 1st June. You will notice some changes that have been made on site which will keep our staff and customers safe as we work to keep the virus at bay.

Initially we will be running a reduced staffing so we ask you to bear with us as work through all the enquiries received during the closure. If you have already contacted us by email, we will be in touch as soon as possible and any phone calls may take longer than normal to receive a call back.

Update on temporary closure

After the recent updates from the Government, the temporary closure will continue for the time being. On a recent periodic check of the business it was noted that we have received a large number of emails which we will not be able to reply to until all staff return to work. However, we have clarified some frequently asked questions below.

FAQ's

Can I book an annual service?
At present, all service center staff are off due to the temporary closure so it is not possible to book any annual services. However, if you send an email to support@ladybailey.co.uk we will respond as soon as we re-open.

What happens with Bailey warranty?
Before their temporary closure, Bailey of Bristol confirmed that the window for servicing has been extended by 4 months

Can I get a quote on a caravan or motorhome sale?
At present, we have no sales staff due to the temporary closure but any quote requests sent will be seen and promptly replied to on our return. Customers may also continue to reserve new caravans as normal via the online system. Any reservations received during this period will function as normal and a sales person will be in touch on their return to discuss PDI and collection details.

I have an issue with a product
Due to the temporary closure there are no staff manning emails, phone lines or on premises. Any emails sent to us will be dealt with as soon as we re-open. During this period, all suppliers including manufacturers also remain closed.

Can I speak to someone during this period?
Unfortunately, due to the premises being closed and staff unable to work from home it is not possible to speak to anyone until we re-open. From time to time, a member of staff will make checks on the premises but it will not be possible for them to deal with the large number of enquiries. Thank you for your understanding.

Temporary Closure

A message from our Directors

Regrettably, due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following Government advice, the directors have taken the decision to close temporarily with immediate effect.

We will keep the situation in constant review and will return to business as soon as the situation allows.

Thank you to all our customers for their kind words and understanding during these unusual times and from our staff to all of you we wish you all the best of health.
