Many, many thanks, first of all to Les for his outstanding service throughout the purchase of our Bailey Senator Wyoming caravan. We purchased it over the phone and without seeing it, as we live so far away, and our trust was completely in his hands. He inspected the caravan personally, and assured us that it was in immaculate condition throughout apart from a minor problem with the worktop, which he promised would be rectified...and it was. Big thanks to Tony the driver, who went the extra mile to deliver it to us at our permanent site in Cornwall, on a Saturday, which is normally his day off...he was there to meet us on our arrival and showed us around the van before signing it over to us...and we are very, very pleased with our purchase. All in all...an excellent team and outstanding customer service. I would certainly recommend you to anyone...Thank You all, so much! |

Just bought our Olympus 546 from these guys(and girl) and what a team they are, they should all be truly proud of the service they give. Thanks go to Les for the sale side of it and also to Rita for the help with choosing the awning. The biggest thanks of all must go to Colin who ran around tirelessly to help us sort the car electrics problem we had. Turned out just to be a bad earth but all sorted now. Well worth the 450 mile round trip, thanks a million all of you. |

we are from South Yorkshire and bought a bailey olympus over the phone the price was over £2000 cheaper than anywhere local we got a part exchange price on our 2005 bailey over the phone of £1000 more than local dealer prices which was adhered to when we travelled down with our van the company even paid for us to stay 2 nights in a local 5 star caravan park the sale was very straight forward with no pressure to buy extras all in all a very pleasant way to save £3000 on upgrading our van |

This feedback is a long time coming. We now have all our problems sorted out (none due to Lady Bailey) and are settling down to life with our Pegasus 624 which is wonderful. Just brought my 1st ever caravan, and what can i say LADY BAILEY made it effortless and very easy, i cant thank les enough for all that he did for me, im sure its not everyday someone buys a van over the phone from france,, a BIG THANK YOU to my inlaws for driving all the way down there from cambridgeshire to give the van a once over and tow it home for me.. service was 100% will definitely recommend and use lady bailey again, one very happy camper.. |

we purchased our pegasus 524 on 26th of may from lady bailey,i had not planned to travel too far to buy our new van as we live in gwent south wales,but the deal they offered me was too good to turn down,the delivery date arrived and everything that was promised was delivered my motor fitted at a reduced cost,i could not fault any part of purchase from start to finish and yes i would recommend to anyone,to all at lady bailey thanks and best wishes for your business you deserve to succeed . |

We drove all the way from Derby and back on 19/20 April (430 miles)to complete the deal. Simon was very helpful, giving us a good deal on our part exchange and even arranged for us to have the build date of their demonstrator Olympus 464 so that we might have the 'van for our holidays in France. Staff were very obliging in sorting out minor problems on the spot upon collection. We are more than pleased with our purchase. Thank you. |

We purchased a Bailey Pegasus 534 from Lady Bailey and travelled from Coventry as they were offering a better deal than local dealers. The service was excellent the handover covered everything we could have wanted to know. I have already recommended this company to other caravanners.
