Came across Lady Bailey on the internet whilst searching deals for a new Bailey Unicorn Barcelona. They responded promptly to our 'quote enquiry' regarding the trade in value on our previous caravan and in fact beat the price of the dealership from whom we purchased that van. buying a caravan is is a big decision i travelled from south wales,13 months ago and bought a bailey pegasus 524 price wise and upgraded upholstery no one else could get near what they could sell me the van for,the crunch comes when you need things replaced under warranty, after contacting them on a Thursday to report the faults they had the parts from bailey by the next day and were contacting me to book the van in, they juggled things around for a 8.30am start and had the van ready as promised by 12.00 mid day for us to travel back to south wales. we were having a tour of dorset and staying at wareham forest,got chatting to a couple who had drove from doncaster to pick up a new van from lady bailey because it was such a god deal!! we decided to have a look at lady bailey with no intentions of buying, but alas we fell in love with a sterling topaz lady bailey were selling!! because we were on holiday were fully laden but on the day we exchanged vans we were able to put both the new and old van together and transfer all our stuff to the new one!! we also stayed on an extra week, to top it all we had left a cd in the old van and lady bailey posted it to our address with compliments!! a 1st class service, price and caravans thankyou lady bailey we love our new van and will recommend northerners to you!!( oh and what i did like was the straight talking and no yukky sales chat from the team) all the best

Lady Bailey have an impressive selection of both new & used caravans. It took us some time & a few visits to pick the one we both liked, which happened to be one of the first we looked at (a Sterling Amethyst). Les was both helpful and patient (his patience was tested when later we changed the delivery date on more than one occasion). Chris kindly towed our new caravan to a local site and set it up for us, as well as offering some useful advice. The shop staff were also both cheerful and very helpful when we purchased a few extras. We have used Lady Bailey in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We traveled 350 miles on a round trip to Lady Bailey. We were offered the caravan at the most competitive price - below the insurance policy's valuation. The part exchange price was also the best and this was the price given on handover. None of our local Bailey dealers came anywhere near the price difference. No quibbling, we were there less than 30 minutes - most of the features we already knew - everything that had been agreed by telephone exact to the penny. The dealers that I have used in the past could learn a lot of lessons from Simon and co.

Buying a caravan over the telephone was a totally new experience for us, and it has to be said we were a little apprehensive. After three phone calls with Simon, 1. to enquire 2. to order 3. to let us know it had arrived, we were on our way down to Dorset from Doncaster to exchange our Ace Award for a brand new Bailey Pegasus Verona. We stayed 2 nights at Wareham Forest Holiday Park, courtesy of Lady Bailey, went down Friday, had a night in our van then exchanged Saturday morning and had a night in a the new van. The site was wonderful and the weather was good so that was a bonus. The exchange went great with Simon, everything ready for us, the hand over was full and comprehensive, and John went the extra mile sorting out the gas/battery and removing the carajack points from the old van and fixing them to the new van. Two coffees and discount in the shop and we were on our way. Saving the best part of 2K on the price we were quoted locally. Suspicious northerners, don't worry as long as your caravan is as you state over the phone, i.e. excellent condition and no damp, you will get the price quoted over the telephone. An initial problem was sorted out quickly and professionally, the service was excellent. There were a number of areas that needed attention on the second hand Bailey that we were buying. All were sorted out by the time we came back. The caravan was spotless and we were delighted. Thank you!

From the initial enquiry, to collecting our first caravan, service was Lady Bailey's main priority. Les communicated throughout the whole transaction, advising on extra's to have and not to have. On collection day we traveled 4.5 hours from Mansfield to collect the caravan, we arrived to have a nice cup of coffee to get us started again. Full handover and explanation of all the parts on the caravan was completed to a very good standard, and yes we still remember them all. Once we completed all the necessary paperwork a full handover to Dave in the shop was given, who again gave good service to us. From the initial enquiry regarding the awnings to coming back the following day to get the correct gas connector. A long way to go you might think to buy a caravan but we were not offered anything like such a good deal, locally. We were given an instant response to our enquiry from Les by telephone and the price we were offered was the price we were given. We were dealt with warmly and openly by Les, Alan and Scott. Everything was explained and all questions answered fully. We were put up for two nights on an excellent caravan park and chose to stay an extra night just to make sure all was ok and that we understood how to operate everything. Two minor problems were dealt with quickly and without any argument whatsoever. We made a holiday out of the journey staying off in Oxford on the way down and Poolsbrook near Worksop on the way back. Would I recommend Lady Bailey to anyone seeking an excellent deal and first class service? Without question.

This was our first purchase of a new caravan and after a lot of research, chose Lady Bailey for value and customer service against dealers closer to home. When we arrived to collect our new Bailey Unicorn, Alan gave us a thorough show round and demonstration, answering all of our queries with knowledge and understanding. Simon gave us the full trade in price for our old Bailey caravan that we had agreed over the phone, together with the best \'on the road\' price we obtained from all the dealers we visited or researched. The deals and customer service continued with our purchases from the accessories shop. This is our first encounter with Lady Bailey Caravans and would suggest that anyone looking for value and good customer service check out their offers. We found the purchasing experience well worth the 300 mile trip.

Don't worry that the Lady Bailey deal seems to be too good to be true, and that there must be a catch. We got an excellent deal from Chris, Les and the team on a new Pegasus Verona and even though we had only received a telephone valuation on our p/x van the price quoted was the price we paid, following an actual appraisal. Good old fashioned friendly service from a company that obviously pride themselves in doing a good job. Worth having the free 2 night Wareham Forest stop-over as we had a small water leak problem, that was put right when we stopped on our way home. A company that were a pleasure to do business with so we look forward to returning for our service next year. This is our fourth van from Lady Bailey and the only thing that changes with them (and us) is hair colour! An excellent set up from top to bottom,and not too much pressure to buy,(eh Les?. Friendly, helpful, sales advice, servicing and shop. The Unicorm Madrid appears all that Bailey state it is and initial impressions are very good, despite having to purchase a new Hitch Lock, because Al-Ko changed the hitch configuration and initial problems fitting the Al-Ko Wheel Lock. Overall I will continue to recommend Lady Bailey for offering an excellent all-round service that caravanners look for. If you want proof of their ethics, visit the (male) customer toilets!

All feedback seems to be about how well the sales to a customer go. Price, Delivery/Hanover etc. How about after-sales. After checking my Senator Vermont Series 6,2009, after the winter lay up. I found that the electric pump on the Loo did not work. I rang on Wednesday 9th March 2011 and was asked to bring the van over on Friday 11th March. I arrived at 9-45 am and left very soon after. Electric pump replaced and Caravan door lock adjusted. The service just gets better. Many thanks to all in workshop for there speed and help.

We ordered a Seville from the brochure purely on price without having seeing one. Simon agreed that if we didn't like it when we did see one we could cancel. We went to the NEC saw the Seville compared prices and PX allowances with several other dealers then sought Simon out to confirm the order. When you pay a cheap price you expect corners to be cut but I can honestly say we have received first Class service and consideration. Our last Bailey we bought new 18 years ago. Lady Bailey looked after me for the day, helping me with the pain and making me comfortable. They swapped everything over from my old caravan and made sure I was set up on the site with my new one. As I said, amazing!! I will always make the 280 mile journey for that service. Lady Bailey you have gained another loyal customer. Having picked up the New Bailey Unicorn Barcelona just last weekend I would like to thank Les and all concerned in making the change over. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with a minor problems in the few days after the sale. Staff went out of their way to be of help,even after closing time on a Saturday. We would just like to say a big thank you to John in the workshop for getting us out of a very awkward situation whilst on a site recently. Our battery charger packed up. John talked us through the procedure over the phone to ensure it was not the battery at fault. The caravan is still under warranty but no mobile fitter from Bailey was available in our area. Having phoned two Bailey dealerships close to where we were staying, none had the charger in stock. We phoned Lady Bailey again and they had one, so we did a round trip of 100 miles to collect. We purchased an Olympus 464 with L Bailey in May. We picked it up en-route on our annual continental holiday which was a bit of a risk having not dealt with the company before. This meant, on a part exchange deal, that we had to transfer all the contents of our van to the new one. We need not have worried because all the L Bailey team were extremely helpful and cooperative. They made sure that the task was completed efficiently with every member of the team lending a hand when required. They also helped us fit our new Fiamma Caravanstore awning. We would like to say Thank you to the after sales staff and the mechanics who serviced our caravan . This is our first year both as caravanners and also for servicing of our van. I have read on various forums some real horror stories from customers who have had all sorts of problems with their caravans and the dealership has been less than helpful in putting it right. I wrote out a list [ mainly because otherwise I would forget ] and left it with the workshop manager Mr Shephard, when we picked up the caravan everything on the list had been completed and a little reply note left. I have to say that it is the little things that make such a difference , such as the 2 missing curtain ends that have been replaced, the motor mover had been greased even though it was outside the service requirements. Many, many thanks, first of all to Les for his outstanding service throughout the purchase of our Bailey Senator Wyoming caravan. We purchased it over the phone and without seeing it, as we live so far away, and our trust was completely in his hands. He inspected the caravan personally, and assured us that it was in immaculate condition throughout apart from a minor problem with the worktop, which he promised would be rectified...and it was. Big thanks to Tony the driver, who went the extra mile to deliver it to us at our permanent site in Cornwall, on a Saturday, which is normally his day off...he was there to meet us on our arrival and showed us around the van before signing it over to us...and we are very, very pleased with our purchase. Just bought our Olympus 546 from these guys(and girl) and what a team they are, they should all be truly proud of the service they give. Thanks go to Les for the sale side of it and also to Rita for the help with choosing the awning. The biggest thanks of all must go to Colin who ran around tirelessly to help us sort the car electrics problem we had. Turned out just to be a bad earth but all sorted now. we are from South Yorkshire and bought a bailey olympus over the phone the price was over £2000 cheaper than anywhere local we got a part exchange price on our 2005 bailey over the phone of £1000 more than local dealer prices which was adhered to when we travelled down with our van the company even paid for us to stay 2 nights in a local 5 star caravan park the sale was very straight forward with no pressure to buy extras all in all a very pleasant way to save £3000 on upgrading our van

We drove all the way from Derby and back on 19/20 April (430 miles)to complete the deal.
